For talent
Get paid for your judgement.
Read what an AI model produced, decide which answer is better, and explain why. Skilled work, measured fairly, paid per task — and if a decision goes against you, you get told why and can contest it.

What the work is like
Clear expectations, and no guessing.
Remote, on your schedule
No shifts and no minimum hours. Claim a task when you have time to finish it properly; each one has a generous ceiling, not a target.
You are told what is wanted
Every batch carries its rubric and the project's written guidelines, visible while you work. Nothing is left to be inferred.
Levels you can earn
Accuracy is measured against known-answer tasks and reviewer outcomes. Sustained quality raises your level, which opens work reserved for experienced raters.
Rejections come with reasons
No silent penalties. A rejection names its reason, and you can appeal it — an upheld appeal restores the payment in full.
An itemised ledger
Every credit, reversal, bonus and withdrawal is listed with its reason. Your balance is the sum of that list, not a number we assert.
Withdraw when you like
Request a payout of any available amount. Requests are reviewed and marked paid, and your balance moves when the money does.
Levels
Access that’s earned, not assigned.
Your level decides which batches you can claim. It rises with measured quality — accuracy on gold tasks and how your work fares in review.

Level 3 · 70%+ quality
Opens batches gated at level 3. You can claim any batch whose minimum level is 3 or lower.
Where a project uses automatic tiering, your level follows your measured quality once there’s enough evidence — a single unlucky task can’t move it.
How pay works
Per task, at a rate set before you start.
You always know what a task pays before you claim it, and every movement on your balance is explained.
Paid on submission
The task rate is credited as soon as you submit. You are not waiting on review to be paid for work you have done.
Rework does not pay twice
If a reviewer asks for changes, you keep the original payment and fix the work. It is a correction, not a new task.
Rejection reverses the payment
If work is rejected outright, the credit is withdrawn and recorded as a reversal on your ledger — visible, with its reason.
Appeals restore in full
If your appeal is upheld, exactly what was reversed is credited back, and you are notified.
Pick an outcome to see what it does to your balance.

Careful reading
Most disagreements come from skimming, not from taste.
Written reasoning
You will justify every judgement in a sentence or two.
Consistency
Applying the same standard on task two hundred as on task one.
